10-Star Challenge Winner

The winner in the BDAV's inaugural 10-Star Challenge was announced on 29 July 2011 at the BDAV Annual Dinner:

The Winner was the collaboration of Lifehouse Design, Crosby Architects, and Lewin Consulting
(graphic interpretation above).

The Judges said this entry had ‘ticked the boxes’ and given us a sophisticated, simple, elegant, house with a two-storey component. The modular wall treatments would facilitate minimisation of construction material waste and reduction of inefficient site labour processes.

A Special Commendation was made to Sunpower Design.
