Once the application for accreditation as a HSA is approved, the applicant will receive from BDAV:
- a letter confirming that they have been approved as an accredited home sustainability assessor;
- an accreditation number for the sole use of the accredited HSA;
- a certificate confirming the applicant’s status as an accredited home sustainability assessor;
- a listing at the BDAV website in the Find a Home Sustainability Assessor section.
BDAV also provides a Technical and Support Help Desk for use by accredited HSAs. To access this service, accredited HSAs should email their queries to email@example.com, and can expect a response typically within 24 hours of the BDAV receiving the enquiry.
