Annual Renewal

Following initial accreditation, accreditation will be renewed annually, provided the accredited TPA meets all their oblgiations outlined in clause 6 of Design Matters TPA Code of Conduct, including having:

  • Complied with the continuing professional development (CPD) obligations - achieving a minimum of 12 CPD points within the accreditation year (6 points must be achieved in technical training with the accredited software)
  • If accredited in BERS Pro or AccuRate - upload all software files completed for regulatory purposes to Design Matters Assessor Logbook within 10 working days of an assessment being forwarded to a client
  • Maintained membership and accreditation
  • A valide Professional Indemnity insurance Certificate of Currency is on file
  • Pay the required annual accreditation fee.
