Validating Registration

Whilst membership of the BDAV is voluntarily – members choose to belong to a professional body, but there is no legislative requirement for them to belong to the BDAV – it is wise to validate that your chosen building designer is registered with the Building Practitioners Board before embarking on your project. The Building Practitioners Board is administered by the Building Commission.  Visit the Building Commission's website, at www.buildingcommission.com.au, and go to the section "Finding an RBP".
